Arizona handles Houston, owns 1st place in Big 12

Senior guard Anthony Dell’Orso tied a season high with 22 points, and No. 4 Arizona toppled second-ranked Houston 73-66 on Saturday — the Wildcats’ 25th victory of the season — to move into sole possession of first place in the Big 12 Conference.
